We have a $25.00 Opening Account minimum and a $15.00 minimum order after that.
To open an account, you must provide name or names of owners, address, tax
resale number, telephone number, address, and three business references.
All invoices are due in 30 days, our you can use a credit card to prepay.
~~~We do have an AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT program. ~~~

~~~RETAIL CUSTOMERS~~~
We encourage you to purchase our products from your local needlework
shoppe or online shoppe. However, because we have such a large inventory
of publications, embellishments, frames, etc., shoppes do not carry all
of these items. If they are not willing to special order for you, please
know that we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.

~~~SHIPPING CHARGES~~~
We do our best to keep your shipping charges as low
as possible. The charges are based on the product weight
and not the invoice total. We feel that this is a much
fairer way of charging. (i.e. frames cost more to ship
than publications)
Normally, we use USPS, but sometimes it is cheaper
to use UPS. The size of the box also determines the cost
and how it will be shipped.
